Order Processing Time

All orders placed with SunGuard Outdoor are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). During peak seasons, promotional events, or product launches, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second notification when your order has shipped and is on its way.

Please note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not begin processing until the following business day.

Shipping Methods and Costs

SunGuard Outdoor offers several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are subject to change and may vary based on carrier availability and destination. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.

Domestic Shipping

SunGuard Outdoor ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa).

Please be aware of the following details for domestic shipments:

International Shipping

SunGuard Outdoor is proud to offer international shipping to select countries worldwide. International shipping availability and rates are determined at checkout based on your destination.

International Shipping Details

SunGuard Outdoor is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or processing. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about policies and fees that may apply to your order.

Please note: Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to size, weight, or regulatory restrictions. Ineligible items will be identified during the checkout process.

Order Tracking

Every order shipped by SunGuard Outdoor includes tracking information so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

  1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
  2. You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account on sunguardoutdoor.com and navigating to your order history.
  3. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team so we can investigate the status of your shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

SunGuard Outdoor takes great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise during transit.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email.
  2. Check with neighbors, household members, or your building's front desk or mailroom.
  3. Look for a delivery notice or attempt slip from the carrier.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file an inquiry.
  5. If you are still unable to locate your package after 48 hours, contact SunGuard Outdoor at support@sunguardoutdoor.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sunguardoutdoor.com. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Packages Lost in Transit

If your tracking information shows no updates for an extended period and the package has not been delivered, SunGuard Outdoor will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Once the investigation is complete, we will issue a replacement shipment or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. SunGuard Outdoor is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
